Returns and exchanges policy

If the item you received is defective or not as described, you can open a dispute within 14 days of (delivery) receipt. 'Free Return' service, you could return the item for free within the days as stated above. 'Returns' after receiving the product with the limit of two (2) transaction every month. Used Items are not to be exchange or returned. Make sure to send a message with the tracking number and information needed so we can assist you with the return.
